Wow wow wow the day has finally arrived! Nay, the YEAR has finally arrived for Jillian & Chris’ stunning wedding at the Pleasantdale Chateau! This has easily been my longest & most anticipated wedding yet. Jillian & I first started chatting about this day in November of 2016 — that’s right, TWO YEARS AGO. After endless Google searches & Instagram stalks of their venue, I’ve grown to adore this place inside & out. Hunter & I couldn’t stop gawking at every cranny (cranny sounds weird without nook, doesn’t it?) where guests could gather & celebrate. And the blessing of rain on their wedding day didn’t change one hopeful plan I had for locations. I mean just check out this luscious greenhouse with the massive staghorn ferns, fig trees, monstera leaves, & veined philodendrons filling up the air inside the exposed beam framework (!!). Then add drop-dead gorgeous Jillian & handsome-as-hell Chris and I was DED. After exhausting every angle of this haven we journeyed to the pool with richly colored & intricately arranged Portuguese tiles for bridal party festivities. It’s no wonder The Sopranos, BEYONCÉ, Law & Order SVU, & even Food Network shows have filmed here! I mean, I’m geeking right? Jillian & Chris planned such an epic day that was special on every account. You two, we were thrilled to be a part of this moment in your lives and loved celebrating your commitment with your wonderful guests!
