Allie & Jake’s wedding was a vision right out of my boho dreams. In a peaceful setting right out of a coffee table book, their wedding day was loaded with fun & good times. We had a literal field day roaming around Star Bright Farm’s 130 acres of inspiring organic land for portraits; frolicking through wispy grasses, wandering through rows of sprouting lavender, and snuggling up on the weathered wooden dock on the tranquil pond. It’s during those dock photos where my dress got snagged in a pile of thorns & I laugh-cried taking photos of Allie & Jake laughing too while Hunter untangled me. I’m really cool guys. In all of the toasts throughout the night Allie was described over a dozen times as a bright light who brings joy & life to any room she walks in and I’ll be the 1000th person to agree. Allie I’m officially calling you a friend, I mean we already shared deodorant, a love for plastic-free sustainability, animal obsessions, and I basically matched your bridesmaids so it was probably already obvious. Hunter & I wish you guys great adventures & a marriage overflowing with love & joy, we can’t wait to cross paths again somewhere in the world!
