It always refreshes my soul to take a trip to Shenandoah National Park & replace cell service with mountain air. I met up with Shayma & Andrew last week to explore the appalachian peaks for their engagement session & it certainly did not disappoint. We hiked up the stony trail, ducked our way through a tunnel of trees, and found ourselves on the top of a mountain right among the clouds. We watched the clouds slink down into the valley as the night went on, admiring the gorgeous views. Right as the daylight seemed to be finished, the amber sun poked out as it passed between two clouds for four glorious minutes of sunflare. We breathed it all in & let the wind whip as we enjoyed its beauty. This was one great adventure with great people, indeed.
