Tucked back along the shoreline of the Chesapeake under a canopy of trees, Cate & Kyle’s friends & family gathered to celebrate a beautiful wedding that has been long anticipated. After months of pandemic planning, the day finally came with a sigh of relief. I’ve been quite excited for this day myself after getting to know these two at their engagement session where we splashed around in the bay & tip-toed along the sandy tide. Just as we dodged the impending rain perfectly on that summer evening, the fluttering waves of rain only enhanced the beauty of their wedding day. Between Cate’s lace Rue De Seine wedding dress with flared bell sleeves, their dog Izzy’s cameo (lovingly deemed Kyle’s first blonde girlfriend), and the earthy decor peppered throughout, Cate & Kyle’s wedding day was a dream.
