I’ve been dang excited for Sarah & Ted’s wedding. I never stopped laughing during their engagement session where we set out in a canoe in the cold weather & got mega close, so I knew their wedding day was going to be just as awesome. And it was. On a sunny brisk afternoon, Sarah walked along the sandy shoreline & down the aisle to hold hands with Ted and commit their lives to one another in a ceremony with plenty of personality. Adding Sarah’s beautifully crafted details like her jewel-toned painted glass signs made the gorgeous Chesapeake scenery that much more special & lovely. Then we floated around the grasses & woodsy trails for sun-soaked photos of the two of them where Ted had us cracking up around every corner – twirling Sarah around (& lunging her upside down), convincing a guy with a paddleboard to let them take photos with it, you name it. All the while we could hear the BUMPIN music playing during cocktail hour all in preparation for the reception – nay, the RAVE – that was about to go down. Seriously I think that’s the most energy-filled, eventful, & packed dance floor we’ve seen in a long time. Sarah & Ted, thanks for including us in your knock-out wedding day & sending us home with some fantastic memories & homemade ghost pepper jelly <3.
