Utah has been on our dream travel list for so long. So when we flew out there for Peggy & Cory’s moody sunrise elopement, we made a full adventure out of it to see Zion & Bryce Canyon National Parks. The amber sandstone mountains & canyons of flowing blue rivers were more incredible than we even imagined. On our first day in Zion I wrote: “The beauty of the towering striped red mountains & softness of the details below is humbling. All I can do when I walk is smile with a big dumb grin on my face & sing praise to the Creator. It’s only day one and this is already epic.”
While out there we discovered & made notes on breathtaking elopement location ideas. We can’t wait to return to photograph & film even more weddings with couples who crave adventure. We laughed, got sand in our eyes, woke up for pastel sunrises, got dehydrated desert-style, and had an amazing experience.
