Isabel & Brett‘s moody Tolkien-inspired wedding day was set amidst the Patapsco Female Institute. Not only was their wedding the last event of the season at the PFI, but it was the last wedding held there ever. So they went all-out in celebration, decorating the 1800s ruins with dark velvet textures, moss-covered rows of wooden tables, climbing vines of greenery, and an abundance of flickering candles. The ambience was exquisitely moody. When it came time for their ceremony, Isabel & Brett descended the epic staircase framed by free-standing columns & orange-amber autumn trees. Then they exchanged vows, kissed, and waltzed into the reception with hot ciders & bubbly champagne. And of course my fave gals at The Otherside Creatives kept the day flowing smoothly & created unique, vibey vignettes throughout the space. Isabel & Brett’s wedding was undoubtedly the perfect combination of edgy, relaxed, and nature-inspired.
